The project involved close coordination and cooperation with the City of Walnut Creek, whose adjacent parking garage was connected to the parking level, and with the developer of the adjacent (lower) office and commercial building whose roof provides some uncovered parking for the condominium project.
Small steep site overlooking downtown Walnut Creek affords spectacular views which are captured with awning-covered large windows and balconies at every unit. Architectural capability achieved between condominium and commercial project even though the two projects are for different uses and were designed for different developers by different architects.
