This project consisted of interior remodeling and refinishing of a 3,200 sf two-story residential licensed care facility. Six new bathrooms were constructed, new flooring installed throughout, new interior painting, miscellaneous electrical retrofitting and repair. Modifications to existing fire sprinklers and alarm system were required. Installation of two new gas fired forced air furnaces was done. Installation of a new manifold hot water system is included.
Exterior repairs included new roofing with new plywood sheathing, new venting, flashing and rainwater system, new, exterior painting. Reconfiguring some windows was required. New replacement dual-glazed windows were installed throughout the project. A new exterior handicapped lift was provided and installed. Owner: Alliance for Community Care.
