Primarily an exterior facelift, this projectís multiple buildings included new roof structures, balconies and stairs, new exterior siding and paint scheme and a great deal of landscaping. Interiors of the apartments were updated with new kitchens and flooring. New fencing was installed around the interior court swimming pool. Utility structures, laundries and hot water heater rooms were all reconfigured. New garages were constructed and doors were added to the open carports under the buildings.
