This project adds a four-classroom structure to an existing parochial elementary (K-8) school campus. This free-standing single story building includes a kindergarten classroom, computer instruction room, and multipurpose room in 4,336 sf.
Type V-N construction of wood and masonry is used for compatibility with existing facilities. Site improvements include an exterior playground for kindergarteners and a new parking layout with sufficient area for transportation exchange. Constructed for St. Nicholas Catholic Church (Diocese of San Jose).
